2 This house is a wonderful location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! Having said that, it can be in severe need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Past reviews stated the outdoor spigot not working - it's still not working. And so the house acquired a lot of sand in it.A number of notes about previous reviews. T
